(1) To handle your enquiry, send you the Residencial Arcilla information pack and contact you to answer questions or arrange a visit: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). (2) To send you marketing about other similar developments: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. (3) Website security and operation: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What data we process. Name, telephone, email, the home type you are interested in, your intended purchase timeframe, your preferred contact channel, and the content of your communications with us. We neither request nor need special-category or financial data; please do not send it.
Where the data comes from. From you: via this website, WhatsApp, telephone or email. Also from Meta instant forms (Facebook and Instagram) when you request information through our ads; in that case Meta Platforms Ireland Limited passes us the data you completed.
Who we share data with. Our sales team and the service providers who assist us (sales agency, customer management, web hosting and advertising platforms), acting as processors on our behalf. Your data will not be disclosed to other controllers except where legally required. Some providers may involve international transfers, covered by European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention. For as long as we handle your enquiry and thereafter for the limitation period of any legal claims that may arise. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to caliza@barroproject.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
